Do you workout everyday (and I mean EVERYDAY)?
If not, have you ever try to figure out how to motivate yourself to do that?
I may have a simple and easy solution for you. Here it is:
- First thing in the morning, before you eat breakfast or take a shower, do 1 (one) push up. If push up is too difficult do one forward bend. That's all. But, do that everyday.
Make it part of your morning ritual. For example, do one push up right after brushing your teeth. You will be surprised how this simple addition to morning ritual will change your life. I can almost guarantee that this one push up will quickly turn into 10 push ups or some other exercise, but please keep the 1 push up part.
Let's call it a 1 PUSH UP RULE.
I have to admit, the idea is not mine. I saw it on the net and immediately adopted it for my daily routine, and IT WORKS.
