When you are lazy

Do you ever feel to lazy to do a 10 minute workout or even 5 minute one? I do.

Here is what I do:


I sit on the floor in an easy Pose.
First I "exercise" my eyes.
  • I look to the left, as far as I can without moving my head. Then to the right, again, head is not moving. My nose is pointing straight ahead. I repeat that one more time. 
  • Then, without moving my head, I look up and down, twice.
  • Then I "roll" my eyes clockwise and counter clockwise.
Then neck exercises:
  • Now, I turn my head left, right, up and down. Twice.
  • Now, I do head rotation. Twice.
Next, I sit straight and breath slowly for 15-20 seconds.
Now, I do head to the knee, both sides.
Then, spinal twist.
Almost done, I lie down in 'dead man' pose.
I try to relax my whole body for 30 seconds.


DONE.

You should feel stretched and relaxed, and you did some yoga.
