If you are in-flexible, in yoga terms, and/or in-flexible on issues :) (just made it up) I found some poses for you (to prove my point).
A while ago I went on Amazon to see what people have to say about my Kindle e-books. In the comments for my simplest and least complicated book, Yoga for Men in 5 Minutes, someone (competitor ?) wrote that it is for flexible people. I blinked several times hoping for it to go away but it didn't work.
So, I found this article with 6 poses for '... People Who Aren't Flexible'. My point is that my book has two out of those six in a string of poses. Let me repeat that 2 out of 6. The other ones can't even be counted for any flexibility requirement.
Any way enjoy this article, try those poses, and don't pull anything.
