Half Boat Pose


  • Lie supine on the mat. 
  • Lift your legs 6 inches above the floor. 
  • Lift your upper body 6 inches above the floor with hands along the body. Hold for 30 seconds. Both legs and upper body are only a half the distance from the floor, hence…Half Boat Pose. Hold it for 10 seconds.
