Exhale and lift your head, upper torso, arms, and legs away from the floor.
Raise your arms parallel to the floor and stretch them back through your fingertips.
Gaze forward or slightly upward.
Stay in the pose from 10 seconds to 20 seconds, then release with an exhalation. Take a breath and repeat 1 or 2 times.
