30 minutes of exercise is key to health

For any age the daily exercise should be between 20 - 40 minutes a day with an emphasis on the 40 minutes. But, according to this article when you get older you should do at least 30 minutes a day.
Elderly men who do 30 minutes of physical activity six days a week are likely to have a 40-percent lower risk of death compared to couch-potato counterparts, researchers said Friday.
