Warrior II Pose


Step back left leg about 4ft, keep your legs straight. Toes in front foot should point ahead. Back foot should be perpendicular to the front one (pointing to the side). Extend your arms so they are parallel to the floor, palms turned down. Align back heel to with front heel. Front arm should be directly over the front leg, the same side, pointing straight ahead. Back arm should be directly over back leg, pointing back. Bend your torso by lowering your right hand to the right shin or ankle on the inner side of the foot while the left hand points straight up. Stay in it for 10 seconds.
