- Start with a Mountain Pose.
- Shift your weight onto your left foot, bend your right knee and lift your right foot bringing it to the center.
- Place the sole of your right foot on the inner left thigh. You can start right above the knee. As you are more comfortable, you can progress to the point where you cannot bring your leg any higher.
- Press your palms together in front of your chest and raise them above your head. Look straight ahead.
Stay in the Tree Pose from 10 seconds to 20 seconds. Repeat on the other side.
