Krav Maga & Yoga

In New York Krav Maga students do yoga right after their martial arts class. In martial arts warm-up and cool-down parts of the class are very similar to yoga poses but for the first time they are pure yoga poses that I know of.

I am glad to hear it because that means that I am the only one who tries to do both at the same time. The difference is that I am adding some karate techniques after my yoga session.
