Today, after hearing it on the radio and reading about it on-line I feel so much better. What am I talking about? I promote 20 minutes of yoga (everywhere on this site), and now others have proven me right. 20 minutes of yoga is great for you. Actually, a 20-minute yoga session may boost your brain power.
