Yoga is helping veterans

Finally good news: there are classes "designed to help those dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder, particularly veterans, find relief from their symptoms. Those include hyper arousal, anxiety, hyper vigilance, depression, insomnia, social avoidance and nightmares."


It is great to know that Yoga can help veterans. If it's really effective all veterans should have access to free Yoga classes as a part of benefits package.
