Yoga helps with many things, including depression & sleep

Some of us already knew that Yoga help with sleep problems and suspected that may help with depression. If you didn't know that it helps with sleep problems then you probably didn't go to too many hatha yoga classes. If you did you would know that people fall asleep right there on the mat. (Unless my class was somehow different.)
