I love coffee in the morning right after (10-15 min.) my
yoga workout (and that is why my site is called Coffee Yoga :). But most of
the time I make my first cup last through my 45 min. commute to work. Then throughout
the day I have 1 or 2 more. I am not trying to be disrespectful or funny (maybe
a little) but coffee, w/ milk no sugar, makes me feel good while tea doesn't.
Actually, I think tea raises my blood pressure. I used to prefer tea over
coffee but now when I am older it reversed.
My point is, don't let others tell you what's good for you. There are food 'nazis' out there. Listen to your body. If it reacts well then it is good for you if not then try something else.
